rPET (recycled PET) is obtained by reprocessing post-consumer PET bottles and packaging. After collection, sorting, washing and extrusion, the material is transformed into granules that we use as raw material in our thermoforming machines.
The result is packaging with the same mechanical and optical properties as virgin PET, but with a significantly reduced environmental footprint — without compromising safety, hygiene or performance.
Total Transparency
Crystal clarity identical to virgin PET
Mechanical Strength
Same stiffness and impact resistance
Food Contact
Approved by EFSA and European regulations
Traceability

Why It Makes a Difference
Circular Economy
We transform post-consumer waste into quality packaging, closing the material life cycle.
Less CO₂
rPET production generates up to 79% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than virgin PET.
Less Energy
Reprocessing recycled plastic consumes significantly less energy than producing virgin material.
Less Water
Reduction in water consumption in the production process compared to virgin PET synthesis.
Certification
All rPET we use is certified with traceability and regulatory compliance documentation.
Recyclable End of Life
Our Eco Line packaging is 100% recyclable and can re-enter the recycling cycle.
Compliance and Traceability
All rPET used in the Eco Line is accompanied by complete documentation guaranteeing its origin, composition and compliance with applicable standards.
- ✓ EFSA — European Food Safety Authority
- ✓ Regulation (EC) No. 282/2008 — recycled materials for food contact
